Elevate your business presence in the local community with this premium membership. Sponsor Membership AgreementBy enrolling as a "Sponsor" member of The Social Minute, you agree to the following terms:

1. Advertising Rights: As a Sponsor, your business will receive advertising placement on our website, visible to all visitors and members. This includes featured logo or other promotional content as agreed upon.
2. Membership Visibility: Your company will not be listed in the public members list, maintaining a focus on your brand’s advertisement rather than membership presence.
3. Content Guidelines: All advertising content must adhere to The Social Minute's guidelines and standards. We reserve the right to review, modify, or reject content that does not align with our community values.
4. Duration and Renewal: Sponsorship is valid for the duration agreed upon at the time of purchase. Renewal options will be provided prior to the expiration of the current term.
5. Payment Terms: Payment for the Sponsor membership is required in full at the start of the agreement term. Refunds will not be provided for early termination.

By becoming a Sponsor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership that enhances your business's visibility and aligns with The Social Minute's mission of connecting and empowering professionals in the Twin Cities.Cancellation by the Sponsor:

• The Sponsor may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to The Social Minute.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the Sponsor will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining time on the current term.
• The Sponsor’s advertising will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation by The Social Minute:

• The Social Minute reserves the right to cancel the Sponsor membership at any time for breach of the agreement, including but not limited to violations of content guidelines or non-payment.
• In the event of cancellation by The Social Minute, the Sponsor will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the membership term, unless the cancellation is due to a breach of terms, in which case no refund will be provided.
